This park runs south from Atami's Sun Beach is designed to look like a resort area in the northern Mediterranean, due to its sister city relationship with Sanremo in northern Italy.

There are areas inspired by the Cote d'Azur and San Remo coasts, with the Sky Deck'' in the first section being made of brick, theRainbow Deck'' in the second section being made of stone, and the ``Nagisa Deck'' in the third section being inspired by southern Italy. It was created in the image of the Naples coast.

It is a popular place for locals and tourists to take walks, sunbathe, hold events, and take commemorative photos.
