Jacarandas of various sizes are planted on the sidewalk between Higashi-cho and Nagisa-cho along National Route 135 in Atami City, and in the water park.
From spring to early summer, the boardwalk is decorated with jacaranda flowers, attracting visitors along with the refreshing sea breeze.
There are shade trees and benches along the boardwalk, so you can enjoy the scenery slowly.
The ATAMI Jacaranda Festival is also held every June.
It is a little-known spot where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a luxurious time experiencing the beauty of nature.
